We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Geidam, Yobe State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦100,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
