Head baker — Teton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Teton County, Idaho. You will be based at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
