Surface coating operator • Itu, Akwa Ibom State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Itu, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes ₦265,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
