Ironing operator — Wasco County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an ironing operator in Wasco County, Oregon. Ideal candidate: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine On the job you will handle: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
