Join our team: visual inspection operator (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Upton County, Texas. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches. You should have: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade 2+ years on the tools preferred.
