Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in City of Virginia Beach, Virginia. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster On the job you will handle: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience.
