We are recruiting: fabrication workshop technician (Washington)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Pend Oreille County, Washington. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. On the job you will handle: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square Requirements: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
