Your main tasks: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
