Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel painter in Bedford County, Virginia. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
