Sheet metal press operator — Saline County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Saline County, Illinois. You will work at an auto components factory. The role involves check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor. Requirements: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
