Join our team: we are hiring a steward in Dubois County, Indiana. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 2+ years on the tools preferred.
