Crane operator • Benton County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane operator in Benton County, Minnesota. You will be based at a road-building project. Requirements: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures The role involves: • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension Rotating shifts. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
