Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Burke County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Burke County, North Carolina. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Part-time with flexible hours. $4,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
