Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
