Oven operator — Washburn County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Washburn County, Wisconsin. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
