Prep cook • Sampson County, North Carolina

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Sampson County, North Carolina. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations 2+ years on the tools preferred.
