Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Grant County, Kansas. You will measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run first-off inspection and sign off the part. You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
