Road roller operator • Morris County, Texas

Join our team: we are hiring a road roller operator in Morris County, Texas. You will work at a plant hire yard. You will top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; check for underground cables and services before digging; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Requirements: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
