Electronics assembly operator — Hancock County

On a typical shift you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard. You should have: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Punctual with reliable attendance • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work 3+ years on the tools preferred.
