Urgent requirement: kitchen porter (England)

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Sefton, England. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
