Aluminium technician • Arlington County, Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Arlington County, Virginia. You will be based at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. Your main tasks: • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces • Erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
