Roofing foreman • Windham County, Vermont

Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Windham County, Vermont. Day to day you will erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; insulate and ventilate the roof void; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling. Ideal candidate: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
