Argon welder — Taney County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Taney County, Missouri. The job is at a busy sheet-metal workshop. The role involves feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. What we are looking for: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
