Wheel loader operator • Yauri, Kebbi State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Yauri, Kebbi State. The job is on a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
