Paint booth operator — Cayuga County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Cayuga County, New York. The job is at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 5+ years on the tools preferred.
