Fry cook — Sandamu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Sandamu, Katsina State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
