Café server — Mercer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Mercer County, North Dakota. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
