Truck driver — Solihull

We are recruiting: we are hiring a truck driver in Solihull, England. You will work at a busy distribution depot. On a typical shift you will couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
