Vacancy available: baker (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Redcar and Cleveland, England. You will be based in a bread factory. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
