Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches.
