Overlocker operator — Kaura Namoda

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Kaura Namoda, Zamfara State. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. On a typical shift you will stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line. You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Rotating shifts.
