Captain waiter — Union County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Union County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy restaurant. Day-to-day duties: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Full-time, day shift.
