Roofing foreman — Kent County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Kent County, Michigan. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. You should have: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Day to day you will install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs.
