Thermal insulation technician — Marshall County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Marshall County, Illinois. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Able to read construction drawings and specifications On a typical shift you will fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape. 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
