Hoist operator — Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hoist operator in Washington County, Vermont. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Able to read load charts and lifting plans On the job you will handle: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
