You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
