Concrete pump mate • Sefton, England

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Sefton, England. The job is on a road and bridge project. Day-to-day duties: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around £1,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
