Immediate opening: surface coating operator (England)

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in City and Borough of Salford, England. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
