Short order cook — DeKalb County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in DeKalb County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
