Join our team: kitchen steward (Katsina State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Sabuwa, Katsina State. You will be based at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Six days a week, one day off.
