Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance On a typical shift you will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line.
