Urgent requirement: plastering hand (Kansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plastering hand in Norton County, Kansas. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. Day-to-day duties: • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush What we are looking for: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Full-time, day shift.
