Dishwasher wanted in Pinal County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Pinal County, Arizona. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 3+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
