Assembly operator — Hayes County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an assembly operator in Hayes County, Nebraska. The job is at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. On a typical shift you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. What we are looking for: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
