Oven operator • Kafur, Katsina State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Kafur, Katsina State. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦160,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
