Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Williams County, Ohio. You will be based at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. What we are looking for: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols The role involves set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
