Join our team: we are hiring a groundworker in Le Sueur County, Minnesota. You will be based with a civil contractor. What we are looking for: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage You will mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
