Immediate opening: we are hiring a dogger in Ada County, Idaho. The role involves: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
