The role involves: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation Requirements: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Full-time, day shift.
