Vacancy available: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Merrick County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Day to day you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production.
